Job summary

eSimplicity seeks a transformational CTO to lead strategic customer engagement, technology innovation, growth, and delivery excellence across its federal Health portfolio. The role partners with senior leaders to shape customer strategy, expand market presence, and drive successful delivery for CMS/HHS programs.

Hybrid work arrangement required, with on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, and travel less than 5% annually.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience supporting Federal Government customers.
• Experience leading large technology modernization, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships across CMS or HHS agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic technical vision for the Health business.
• Coordinate with CIO organization on best practices, guidelines, and standards.
• Build trusted executive relationships with government customers and partners.
• Provide executive leadership for delivery excellence, performance, and financial results.
• Partner with Growth to shape opportunities, capture strategies, and proposals.
• Lead technology strategy for enterprise programs (Big Data/AI) and DevSecOps practices.
• Coach and develop senior leaders while driving accountability and high performance.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and partner engagements.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, CS, IT, or related)

Master's degree in Business Admin or related technical discipline
