Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Strategist to work remotely, driving initiatives to better align the National Security workforce and practices. Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this role.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of consulting experience are required.
• Experience developing organizational strategy is required.
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DHS preferred) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Engage DHS HQ leadership to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach agile practices across multiple contracts to improve delivery.
• Align staffing and contract delivery with organizational strategy and customer needs.
• Support hiring and contract capture as a subject-matter expert.
