• Minimum 10 years leading enterprise technology strategy and operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience building high-performing technology teams and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, applications, and operations to ensure high availability and security.
• Establish governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technology organization and partner with executive leadership to support growth.
• Manage technology portfolio, budget, vendor relationships, and strategic investments to maximize value.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
