Job summary

4Front Credit Union is seeking a Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CTIO) to guide enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, and innovation across the organization.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will translate emerging technologies into practical strategies, drive transformation, and ensure secure, scalable technology investments that support member value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and executive experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise technology and innovation strategy aligned with the credit union’s mission and long-term growth.
• Lead executive transformation and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and agility.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, data strategy, and enterprise architecture to ensure resilience and member value.
• Provide governance, executive leadership, and partnership with the Board and CEO on technology investments and performance.
