Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in financial services.
• Strong ability to lead significant initiatives and engage staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology and operations strategy aligning with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across IT, digital banking, customer service, and deposits operations.
• Balance innovation with risk management and regulatory compliance to ensure operational excellence.
