Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a visionary technology leader to own strategy, architecture, and execution across the business. You will oversee a Microsoft-based stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server), balance modernization with new product development, and partner with the CEO, Product, Operations, and Board on priorities.

You will shape a high-performing global engineering organization, improve delivery, reliability, and security, and drive AI adoption across engineering and internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Technology Strategy: Lead technology strategy, architecture, engineering, and execution across the business.
• Scale the SaaS Platform: Drive the evolution of a multi-product SaaS platform into a scalable, enterprise-grade solution.
• Improve Engineering Execution: Increase development speed, quality, accountability, and delivery predictability.
• Lead Modernization: Balance legacy systems, technical debt, platform upgrades, and new product development.
• Drive AI Adoption: Build an AI strategy across engineering, automation, internal operations, and customer-facing products.
• Build the Right Team: Shape a high-performing engineering organization across U.S. and global teams.
• Strengthen Reliability & Security: Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead the Technology Stack: Oversee a Microsoft-based environment, including .NET, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the CEOs, Product, Operations, and Board on technology priorities and investments.
