Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own and execute the platform strategy, driving AI-forward data ecosystems and scalable activation pipelines. You will lead an engineering team, shape cloud-native architectures, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to deliver high-impact, reliable systems.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, strong engineering excellence, and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid work environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership track record.
• Expertise in cloud environments, data platforms, and system integrations for media/marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional, global platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform vision with adoption, usability, and business impact goals.
• Architect AI-forward, scalable data pipelines and real-time decisioning capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team with emphasis on code quality and reliability.
• Design distributed, cloud-native systems that are secure, highly available, and compliant.
• Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through deployment and adoption with CI/CD.</br>Establish metrics for data accuracy, deployment velocity, and activation speed.
• Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, and external platforms to translate business needs into scalable systems.
