Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership delivering large-scale technology programmes in regulated environments.
• Experience operating mission-critical technology platforms within banking, capital markets, or other highly regulated, high-availability environments.
• Strong technical expertise across system integration, distributed architectures, cloud, data, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms, business segments, and vendor ecosystems.
• Own operational reliability and delivery outcomes for mission-critical systems in a regulated financial services environment.
• Drive engineering excellence and modern delivery practices, including SDLC, DevOps, quality engineering, and AI-enabled development approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology leaders to align delivery with strategic priorities and cost optimisation goals.
