Job summary

OTAVA seeks a Vice President of Technology & Engineering to lead the technology vision, engineering execution, and infrastructure strategy across cloud, security, and managed services. You will bridge product strategy with technical delivery, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions and market competitiveness.

The role oversees 20+ professionals across SRE, cloud, security, and operations, driving operational excellence and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

10 years of progressive IT, cloud, infrastructure, or engineering leadership experience.
5 years in senior leadership (Director or VP level).
Experience managing global, cross-functional technical teams of 20 employees.
Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, product engineering, MSP environments, and systems architecture.

Responsibilities

Define and execute OTAVA’s enterprise-wide technology and engineering strategy.
Align engineering, infrastructure, product development, and operations with growth objectives.
Lead the technology roadmap for cloud, infrastructure, security, automation, and managed services.
Partner with executive leadership to support long-term innovation, scalability, and profitability goals.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance OTAVA’s competitive position.
Serve as the executive liaison between Product Management and Engineering.
Collaborate with Product leadership to define technical product roadmaps and service architecture.
Oversee engineering development for new and existing products, integrations, and service enhancements.
