Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
15+ years in manufacturing/engineering/quality/R&D leadership.
7+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
Experience leading multi-site technical organizations.
Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and annual operating priorities for the Technical Services organization.
Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across Engineering, FSQA, Product Realization, and R&D.
Oversee capital projects from planning to start-up and ROI tracking.
Ensure food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance across sites.
Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to align strategy with execution.
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for key technical roles.
