Westrock Coffee seeks a visionary Vice President of Technical Services to lead Engineering, Capital Projects, FSQA, Product Realization, and R&D. This role guides a multi-site technical organization, shaping strategy and ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable manufacturing platforms.

You will coach leaders, drive capital efficiency, advance lean improvements, and align product realization with market opportunities while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 15+ years in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or R&D leadership roles with 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site technical organizations and managing large-scale capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction and annual priorities for Technical Services.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary leadership team.
• Serve on the senior leadership team for budgeting and risk management.
• Establish KPIs and governance for safety, quality, and project delivery.
• Coach and mentor leaders and emerging talent across Technical Services.
• Develop succession plans and bench strength for critical roles.
• Champion training and skills development across engineering and quality staff.
• Oversee plant and process engineering for safe, reliable operations.
• Apply Lean principles to improve uptime, throughput, and yield.
• Ensure standards and preventive maintenance are applied across sites.
• Oversee capital planning, ROI tracking, and start-up of new lines.
