Qualifications

• 15+ years IT/engineering experience with 5+ years as chief or principal architect.
• Proven track record of integrating diverse architectures and data streams into a single enterprise platform.
• Strong AWS GovCloud/Azure Government, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and mesh networks expertise.
• Experience guiding large-scale architectures within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum@Scale) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive macro-level enterprise architecture strategy for SoS integration.
• Act as the primary technical arbiter across cloud, data, and microservices domains.
• Establish a secure, interoperable framework with DevSecOps and ZTNA principles.
• Translate mission needs into technical specs and architectural allocations.
• Provide strategic briefings to senior leaders and government stakeholders.
• Mentor and align multiple engineering teams to the centralized architectural vision.
