Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute SoS architectures across exercise and operational environments for Navy/DoD programs. The role requires in-person support and hands-on integration across tactical hardware, C2 interfaces, cloud-native engineering, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders in a dynamic program.
• Experience in systems engineering, integration, DevSecOps, cloud infra, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including cybersecurity and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SoS engineering activities by evaluating requirements, coordinating dependencies, and supporting integration of cloud networks, software, and tactical systems.
• Coordinate engineering teams with Jira workflows, meetings, discussion notes, licensing needs, and external stakeholders.
• Document C2 data flows, interfaces, data types, schemas, and dependencies for interoperability.
• Evaluate and optimize tactical hardware and communications systems including expeditionary gear and SATCOM.
• Support DevSecOps and software integration with CI/CD and delivery workflows for autonomous platforms.
• Support cloud-native deployment with Kubernetes, EKS, and scalable environments.
• Coordinate mesh networking, routing, and secure network design per DoD/Navy requirements.
• Assist RMF/ATO processes, artifact coordination, and IAM requirements.
