Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking an Enterprise Senior Leader to define and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to growth and margins. You will sit on the executive team, advise on network strategy and capital investments, and lead organizational design for a future-ready supply chain.

You will own network performance across transportation, warehousing, inventory and customer delivery, driving KPI targets and cost controls while balancing service and complexity for enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, supply chain or related field and 15+ years of senior supply chain leadership experience.
• 7+ years of team management/development experience is required.
• Proven track record of executive leadership influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in logistics, warehousing, transportation and inventory strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, WMS, TMS, YMS and data/analytics platforms.
