Job summary

Mt. San Antonio College seeks an executive leader to guide the School of Continuing Education. This role directs operations, budget, and program development to expand access and success for noncredit and workforce initiatives at the college.

Under the President/CEO, the Vice President will ensure accreditation standards, strategic planning, and partnerships align with Mt. SAC's mission and community needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Five (5) full-time equivalent years of increasingly responsible experience in adult education/noncredit education.
• Three (3) full-time equivalent years of experience in higher education at the dean level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Leads accreditation review and ensures ongoing compliance with standards.
• Provides leadership for enrollment management, budget development, strategic planning, accreditation, and governance.
• Oversees department programs, services, activities, budgets, and policy development.
• Represents the College with regional consortia and external stakeholders.
