Classical School of Wichita seeks a mature Christian leader to serve as Chief Advancement Officer on its executive team, guiding fundraising, admissions, marketing, communications, and major events. Reporting to the Head of School, the CAO oversees Admissions and Communications and partners with faculty and donors to advance the school's mission.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with relational leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for classical Christian education,

Qualifications

• A mature Christian faith and faithful church membership aligned with the school's statement of faith.
• Agreement with Westminster Confession of Faith or London Baptist Confession of Faith.
• Strong commitment to Classical School of Wichita's mission and vision.
• Relational fundraising, donor development, admissions, marketing and communications experience.
• Understanding and appreciation for classical Christian education.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual fundraising, capital campaigns, and major gift initiatives.
• Develop and implement an advancement plan with measurable goals.
• Oversee admissions strategy and enrollment efforts.
• Oversee branding, marketing, public relations, and messaging.
• Provide strategic oversight for major schoolwide events and gatherings.
• Serve on the executive leadership team and manage budgets/resources.
