Job summary

MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks a technology executive to lead software engineering and advance AI strategy across its product and platform portfolio. This role will build high-performing teams, execute the technology strategy, and drive AI-first innovation for AI-DLC and enterprise workflows.

Qualifications include 15+ years in technology with 8+ years in leadership, 3-5 years in healthcare IT, and deep expertise in modern software practices, cloud, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive technology experience including 8+ years in software engineering leadership.
• 3-5+ years’ experience with EHR and healthcare software environments.
• Proven track record modernizing platforms and leading transformations.
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience implementing AI/ML within enterprise products and AI-DLC workflows.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance, and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization for product delivery and reliability.
• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into technology priorities and investments.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress and business impact of AI adoption.
• Drive AI-first transformation across products and AI-DLC initiatives.
• Oversee modernization of legacy apps, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI capabilities.
