Job summary

The role builds high-performing teams, executes on technology strategy, and drives AI-first innovation throughout AI‑DLC and product offerings.
The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into executable technology priorities, establish KPIs, and guide strategic technology
Qualifications
- 15+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in leadership.
- 3-5+ years in EHR/healthcare software environments.
- Proven modernization and software platform transformation leadership.
- Deep expertise in modern software engineering, APIs, microservices, cloud, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience implementing AI/ML in enterprise products and AI-DLC workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization.
- Translate business strategy into technology priorities and investments.
- Establish KPIs to measure progress and AI adoption.
- Drive AI-first innovation across product portfolio and AI-DLC.
- Oversee modernization of legacy apps, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI capabilities.
