Job summary
MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks a technology executive to lead software engineering and advance the company's AI strategy across the product and platform portfolio. This role will build high-performing teams, execute the technology roadmap, and drive AI-first innovation across MEDHOST's AI-DLC and product lines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field
- 15+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in engineering leadership and 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- 3-5+ years’ experience with EHR/healthcare software environments
- Proven modernization and software platform transformation experience
- Experience with regulated industries and security/compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization
- Translate business strategy into executable technology priorities and investments
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure progress, AI adoption, and business impact
- Drive AI-first innovation across products, AI-DLC, and platforms
- Oversee modernization of legacy applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI capabilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and security
