Job summary

MEDHOST, a Harris division, seeks a technology executive to lead software engineering and advance AI strategy across the product and platform portfolio. You will build high-performing teams, execute the tech roadmap, and drive AI-powered innovation throughout AI-DLC and product lines.

The role partners with executives to align technology priorities with business goals, advance modern architectures, and improve delivery and security across regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience, including 8+ years in software engineering leadership.
• 3-5+ years’ experience with EHR and healthcare software environments.
• Proven success in modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing software engineering organization delivering product and platform outcomes.
• Drive AI-first strategy across products, AI-DLC, and enterprise workflows with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with executives to translate business strategy into technology priorities and investments.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress, AI adoption, and engineering effectiveness.
• Oversee governance, risks, and resource allocation for strategic tech initiatives.
