The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong writing, and the ability to mentor a team while partnering with creative and paid channels to grow presence and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in social media, digital communications, or content strategy.
• Proven track record building executive social programs on LinkedIn and X.
• Ability to counsel seniors and write platform-native content.

Responsibilities

• Lead social strategies across B2B and B2C brands and translate goals into programs.
• Develop and oversee social-first content, including thought leadership and campaigns.
• Write and edit platform-native copy for brands and executives.
• Build executive social programs with voice development and calendars.
• Advise on LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms and paid amplification.
