Position Summary

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will oversee BTSE’s global sales strategy, ensuring exceptional service delivery, user engagement, and revenue growth in the dynamic crypto market. This role requires expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, and data analytics, with a focus on enhancing user loyalty and driving growth through customer-centric initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Management
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with BTSE’s business goals.
  • Optimize sales processes and customer support channels to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
User Engagement & Loyalty Programs
  • Design and implement user engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create personalized user journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
Feedback & Data Analysis
  • Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the sales journey.
  • Partner with Engineering to develop real-time dashboards for tracking sales performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and sales capabilities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance BTSE’s sales strategies.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
QualificationsEducation
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (certifications in sales management or customer experience preferred).
Experience
  • 12+ years in senior sales roles, with 5+ years in crypto/fintech (exchanges, trading firms, or blockchain startups).
  • Proven experience managing sales operations for a global, high-growth tech company.
Skills & Abilities
  • Expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of crypto-specific user needs and challenges.
  • Ability to translate complex customer insights into actionable strategies for executives.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
