Search Partner Group, LLC is seeking an IT Manager, Restaurant Systems in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to oversee restaurant technology operations, POS platforms, field support, and deployments across locations. This onsite role reports to operations leadership and partners with finance to enable growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in restaurant tech, strong POS knowledge, and the ability to travel for new location rollouts and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or POS support.
• Experience supporting multi-location restaurant operations.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of POS platforms and payment environments.
• Vendor management experience a plus.

Are you a restaurant technology professional who enjoys supporting multi-unit operations, leading teams, and driving technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is a large, nationally recognized restaurant and hospitality organization seeking an IT Manager, Restaurant Systems to oversee restaurant technology operations, POS systems, field support, and technology implementations across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on IT leader who understands restaurant technology environments and enjoys working closely with operations teams to support business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead restaurant technology operations and support initiatives
• Manage POS systems and related restaurant applications
• Oversee hardware, software, network, and payment system functionality
• Support technology deployments, upgrades, and new location openings
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners
• Lead and mentor IT support professionals
• Ensure reliable system performance across multiple locations
• Partner with operations, finance, and business leaders to support restaurant technology needs
• Drive continuous improvement across restaurant technology platforms and processes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant technology, restaurant systems, or hospitality technology experience
• Experience supporting multi-location restaurant operations
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant technology platforms
• Experience supporting payment processing environments
• Vendor management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to travel occasionally in support of new locations and technology initiatives

Preferred

• Experience with technologies such as: Aloha Toast NCR SICOM Restaurant POS platforms Payment systems Restaurant networking infrastructure Multi-unit technology support environments
