Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Resource Development team, setting a visionary direction for future fundraising initiatives.
• Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Advisory Councils to shape the organization’s future.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience managing a high‑performing team.
• Passion for our mission and commitment to driving positive change.
• Willingness to travel and engage with communities frequently.
