Job summary

NAHQ's limited seeks a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to lead system-wide quality, safety, infection control, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives. This physician executive will align threeEnterprise capabilities into a unified quality strategy and execute priorities with clear ownership and measurement.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician required.
• 5+ years leadership overseeing core quality functions.
• 5+ years executive leadership in complex health system.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare issues in complex settings.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a vision for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system-wide quality, safety, performance improvement, patient experience, and infection control programs.
• Provide operational oversight of quality, patient safety, accreditation readiness, and data analytics.
• Partner with clinical and governance leaders to translate quality goals into executable priorities.
