Job summary

Houston Methodist seeks Associate Chief Quality Officer to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and value-based care across the system. Working with the CEO and system quality leaders, the ACQO will develop and execute strategies that drive high reliability and superior outcomes.

You will embed safety, accountability, and learning, foster a Just Culture, and use data and technology to advance quality goals.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and Texas licensure.
• Board certification in applicable specialty.
• Experience leading large quality initiatives preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety culture and high-reliability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide clinical quality, patient safety, and high-reliability initiatives.
• Partner with CEOs, medical staff, and leaders to set and execute strategy.
• Promote Just Culture and continuous improvement across departments.
