Solventum, a new healthcare company, seeks a senior product leader to own the Quality product portfolio and drive its long-term strategy. You will align product roadmaps with regulatory and market needs, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate outcomes to leadership.

Responsibilities include shaping epics, features, and KPIs, leveraging data analytics for ROI insights, and ensuring Agile practices across teams. This remote-USA role emphasizes collaboration and strategic impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• -OR- High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of healthcare related field or business experience; 8 years in Documentation Integrity for clinical, quality, coding; 5 years in hospital revenue cycle incl. physician documentation, CDI, Quality and coding; 3 years with Solventum CDI/Quality/Coding solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for outpatient/inpatient Quality products and capabilities.
• Align product strategies with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market trends.
• Act as owner of the Quality product portfolio and methodologies such as AHRQ, Elixhauser, HCCs, CMS star.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and optimization.
• Ensure roadmaps support evolving business for quality portfolio requirements.
• Serve as liaison between leadership, stakeholders, technology, and sponsors.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Gather stakeholder feedback for product planning and execution.
• Define and manage epics, features, and user stories.
• Ensure Agile teams understand business priorities and outcomes.
• Define quality outcome metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Leverage data analytics to identify ROI trends, risks, and improvements.
• Monitor product performance and value realization.
• Use customer/operational insights to inform decisions.
