Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Quality Leader to guide late-stage and commercial programs in a highly regulated environment. You will lead cross-functional teams to evaluate quality data, support product filings, and strengthen compliance.

You will author and review GMP/regulatory documents and manage product quality risk assessments and annual reviews. This remote role offers flexible work models and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's 4 years, or Bachelor's 6 years, or Associate's 10 years, or HS diploma with 12 years.
• Preferred: B.S. or advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field
• Preferred: 6+ years in a regulated environment with biologic products

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional quality leadership for late phase and commercial programs
• Support science- and risk-based evaluation of complex quality data
• Partner with cross-functional teams on product filings and program improvements
• Author and review GMP and regulatory documents
• Manage product quality risk assessments and annual product reviews
