Job summary

Solventum, now a leading healthcare solutions provider in the United States, seeks a Senior Software Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities. You will bridge business needs and technical requirements, translating them into clear user stories and maintaining a well-prioritized backlog to maximize customer value.

You will collaborate with Product Leadership and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, ensure iterative delivery, and become a domain SME on features and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or product ownership.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, analyze, and track business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog based on goals, value, risk, and learning needs.
• Clarify needs, constraints, and expected outcomes for stakeholders and the team.
• Prepare work to enable productive conversations without prescribing implementation.
• Balance features, defects, enablers, technical health, and compliance needs.
• Develop deep understanding of application components and become a subject matter expert.
