Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related engineering.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex aerospace/defense systems programs.
• Proven as technical authority across organizations.
• Experience with technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong systems engineering, requirements management, risk management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience balancing technical, schedule, cost, customer requirements in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for propulsion system products and programs.
• Ensure product integrity across the lifecycle.
• Lead technical execution of large, complex programs.
• Partner to develop technology roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Moog processes and standards.
• Own and approve technical content and engineering deliverables.
• Delegate authority while maintaining accountability.
• Provide disposition for production and field issues.
• Lead internal technical reviews and risk reduction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and customers.
• Act as trusted technical partner for customers and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and standards.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent.
• Balance risk, cost, schedule, manufacturability with customer requirements.
