Job summary

The Neiders Company in Seattle is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead financial and operational performance across our multifamily portfolio. This executive role combines on-site leadership with strategic planning to maximize NOI and asset value.

You will manage Regional and Area Managers, drive capital planning, and partner with executive leadership to execute long-term business plans while maintaining high standards of property operations and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• MBA or related graduate degree a plus.
• 10+ years in multifamily real estate operations with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial oversight across the portfolio, including NOI growth and budgeting.
• Lead Regional and Area Managers to ensure consistent property operations.
• Partner with executive leadership on capital planning and strategic initiatives.
• Drive asset management, due diligence, and value-add plans.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable team and cross-functional collaboration.
