Job summary

Denholtz seeks a Vice President, Asset Management to lead the performance of our multifamily portfolio, collaborating with Finance, Acquisitions, Development, and Operations to optimize returns.

You will develop asset-level business plans, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and NOI across markets, with potential support for select industrial/office assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of institutional real estate asset management, investment management, or acquisitions experience, with significant multifamily exposure.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, revenue and budgeting, capital planning, and investment analysis.
• Experience managing refinancings, dispositions, recapitalizations, and major capital improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management of multifamily and industrial assets across markets.
• Develop and execute annual asset business plans to maximize NOI and investor returns.
• Monitor operating performance, identify trends, and optimize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Collaborate with property managers to set priorities, monitor KPIs, and drive execution.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis with Property Management and Finance.
• Evaluate value-add initiatives and capital improvement projects.
• Support financing events, acquisitions, and due diligence with operational insights.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, loan covenants, and risk management.
