Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Chief People Officer to provide executive leadership across a diverse continuum of services in Massachusetts. You will oversee 116 programs, guide senior program, service, and clinical executives, and drive quality, compliance, workforce strategy, and long-term sustainability to advance the organization’s mission.

You will partner with the President & CEO to engage funders, regulators, and community partners, shape strategic growth, and elevate service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in complex health and human services organizations.
• Proven success leading large, multi-service portfolios and translating strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to translate enterprise strategy into operational priorities.
• Ensure mission-aligned, high-quality, trauma-informed services across all programs.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and long-term sustainability with executive oversight.
• Champion data-informed performance improvement and regulatory readiness.
• Develop senior leaders and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
