Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Director to provide clinical oversight to an integrated, multidisciplinary team and supervise Clinicians and Substance Abuse Counselors. You will ensure timely screenings and enrollments, oversee comprehensive assessments, updates, and other clinical processes.

You will lead strategic planning to implement evidence-based practices, monitor their application, and participate in Quality Improvement and business planning with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LADAC or license eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human service management.
• Leadership, time-management and effective verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to the integrated team and supervise Clinicians and Substance Abuse Counselors.
• Ensure timely Screening (Critical Needs Assessment) and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS; oversee comprehensive assessments and updates.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with evidence-based practices and monitor their implementation.
• Participate in Quality Improvement processes and development of business plans with Integrated Teams.
• Provide direct interventions to clients, conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment plans and clinical interventions.
