Job summary

Boyer Children’s Clinic seeks an experienced Chief Program Officer to lead our multidisciplinary programs serving young children and families. You will direct program strategy, quality, and financial stewardship with collaboration across the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and program managers.

You will oversee an $11 million program budget, expand our continuum of care, and strengthen partnerships with community partners and government agencies while advancing equity and inclusion through every

Qualifications

• Masters in Public Health/Public Administration/Social Work or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• First Aid and CPR certifications required
• Washington State Driver’s License and transportation required
• Strong leadership and program-management experience for multi-team settings

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Direct program delivery, quality improvement, and cross-department collaboration
• Oversee an $11M program budget and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead program leaders, mentor staff, and support professional development
• Represent Boyer in community partnerships and with government agencies
