Role Overview

As the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), you will spearhead the integration of product innovation and technological advancement to drive strategic growth. You will be a member of the executive team, combining deep AI expertise with business acumen to scale the company's next-generation AI-driven solutions globally.

This role requires a visionary leader with hands-on experience in building and scaling AI platforms, and a strong background in enterprise SaaS or industrial IoT (IIoT).

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Define and lead the overall technology vision, architecture, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive innovation in AI/ML, data engineering, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee the engineering, data science, DevOps, and IT teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient platforms.
• Lead product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management in alignment with market needs and customer feedback.
• Define KPIs and ensure timely product delivery, continuous improvement, and optimal user experience.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product and tech teams across geographies.

AI-Focused Innovation

• Champion AI-first product design and development, ensuring ethical, explainable, and scalable AI
• Collaborate with R&D and business leaders to identify emerging AI opportunities and productize them.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment and
• Interface with customers and strategic partners to gather insights and shape future product and tech
• roadmaps.

Governance & Risk

• Ensure compliance with global data security, privacy, and industry standards (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
• Establish technology governance, budgeting, and risk mitigation practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position (CTO, CPTO, VP Engineering/Product) in an AI or deep-tech
• company.
• Proven success in building scalable AI-driven SaaS or IIoT platforms.
• Strong background in data architecture, AI/ML pipelines, edge computing, and cloud-native solutions
• Experience in Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product development practices.
• Prior experience in global product rollouts and distributed team management.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field preferred.
