Title: Chief Product & Technology Officer
Overview:
Cleo, the leader in end-to-end family caregiving space, driving meaningful and impactful outcomes through scalable technology, artificial intelligence, and integrated human services, is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). This role will report into the CEO directly and be a senior executive responsible for managing Cleo’s entire product strategy and development process, information security standards, and data strategy and insights. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to define and execute Cleo’s product vision. The CPTO bridges the business strategy and the technical aspects of product development, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with the organization's goals.

Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position is $300,000 - $325,000 annually. In addition to salary, Cleo offers the following benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 15 paid holidays, 5-day winter break, flexible vacation time, sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellness perks, and more.
