- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the construction industry, particularly with respect to software solutions for project management, scheduling, budgeting, and real-time collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud computing, mobile applications, real-time data processing, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems (ERP, BIM, etc.).
- Leadership: Proven success in leading and scaling engineering teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to advocate for technology initiatives with the executive team.
