Job summary

Claravine is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the combined Product Management and Product Design org. You will own product strategy, the roadmap, and commercial outcomes, including new product revenue and feature adoption.

You will partner with GTM on pricing and packaging, manage the lifecycle from discovery to launch, and drive adoption and time-to-value across enterprise customers. Leadership experience in B2B SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of product management in B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows.
• Experience leading product managers and leaders.
• Background in AdOps/MarTech or related domains is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through product and SKU initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with GTM on pricing, packaging, and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate product strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional product discovery and design decisions.
• Manage product adoption, time-to-value, and UX quality metrics.
• Partner with Sales and GTM on pricing, packaging, and launches.
• Build and scale a combined Product Management and Design organization.
