Job summary

Claravine is seeking a VP of Product to lead the combined Product Management and Product Design organization as it scales from a single product to a multi-product platform with AI-driven capabilities. You will report to the CEO and be a core member of the executive team, owning product strategy and commercial outcomes for new revenue, feature adoption, time-to-value, and NPS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience leading multi-product portfolios and pricing strategy
• Domain experience in MarTech or enterprise marketing data
• Proven revenue attribution for products/SKUs you owned
• Pricing/packaging partnership with GTM; in front of customers
• Hands-on AI across the product development lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap for a multi-product portfolio
• Balance strategic bets with enterprise needs and allocate investments
• Surface risks and dependencies early; execute decisively
• Collaborate with CTO to apply AI across lifecycle from discovery to testing
• Own launches with commercial plans and success criteria with Sales/Marketing
• Partner with Revenue and GTM on pricing, enablement, and presales motions
• Lead and grow the integrated Product and Design organization
