Clarify is building an AI-native CRM. You will be the first Head of Product, reporting to the CEO, owning the roadmap and setting the direction with founders. You’ll lead a hands-on team, talk to customers weekly, and prototype with AI as you shape the product for growth and retention.

The role requires strategic leadership, experience shipping B2B SaaS products, and a proven ability to align engineering, design, and GTM around a clear vision. Seattle-based with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product at a B2B SaaS company, Sr Director or VP level.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and lead PMs.
• Track record shipping 0-to-1 products customers rely on.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and own the roadmap with CEO/CTO.
• Lead the product cadence with engineering and design.
• Own launches from scope to adoption and monitor core metrics.
• Hire and lead the product team and collaborate with design.
• Stay hands-on: talk to customers and prototype with AI.
