Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in procurement with supervisory experience.
• Masters/MBA preferred.
• Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement staff including training and performance management.
• Negotiate with vendors for best price and programs.
• Manage inventory levels and inbound freight to optimize cash flow.
• Lead strategic bid analyses for key customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer needs.
