Job summary

Kaseya is building a dedicated Pricing, Packaging, & Monetization function and seeks a senior leader to design the strategy and governance from ground up. This role will shape pricing architecture, packaging, and the monetization model for AI capabilities at scale, influencing decisions across Finance, Product, and Sales.

The VP of Pricing will own the levers of pricing that impact revenue by the billions and will lead a cross-functional effort to implement a world-class commercial

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in pricing strategy, monetization, or commercial strategy, with SaaS and AI pricing experience.
• Experience designing packaging architecture across multi-product portfolios.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own global pricing architecture and framework across Kaseya's portfolio.
• Define and govern packaging tiers and SKU catalog to maximize value.
• Lead monetization design for AI features and AI workloads, including usage-based models.
• Build pricing dashboards and analytics to track realized price and discount impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to enforce pricing governance.
