Job summary

Mini Melts USA is seeking a Head of Plant Operations in Norwich, CT to own the plant's full P&L, safety, quality, and performance with end-to-end accountability. This executive role leads the site leadership team and partners with the CFO and CEO on capital plans and growth initiatives.

You will drive strategic and operational improvements, oversee budget and capital spending, and champion Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to scale the facility while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role (Plant Manager or above).
• Food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record leading capital projects and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the plant and capital spend.
• Set operating strategy and capacity plan for growth.
• Lead capital projects and ROI analysis.
• Ensure food safety and quality across all products.
• Develop leaders and manage cross-functional executive relationships.
