Job summary

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with an established, international food manufacturer to identify a VP of Plant Operations for its Indiana facility. This executive will provide overall leadership for Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Launch Change Management, reporting to the COO and managing approximately 300 employees.

The role requires demonstrated manufacturing leadership, ownership of operating budgets and a track record of improving safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing leadership experience.
• Background overseeing operations, maintenance, and supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Owns operating budgets and manufacturing costs.
• Tracks safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Develops leadership teams and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Launch Change Management.
• Own full operational KPI and financial results for four departments.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and efficiency improvements across the plant.
