Job summary

Ascension Wisconsin Corporate Office seeks a senior leader to oversee clinical pharmacy services across the organization, ensuring high quality and affordable care. You will direct local and regional pharmacy leaders to meet clinical, operational, and financial targets.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in pharmacy, Wisconsin licensure, and expertise in 340B programs, infusion services, and regulatory compliance. A strong MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin pharmacist licensure required prior to hire.
• Pharmacy degree (Bachelor’s or PharmD) required.
• Pharmacy residency preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in pharmacy preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy services and infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of 340B programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of strategies for clinical pharmacy services across the organization.
• Direct a team of clinical pharmacy leaders to achieve performance metrics.
• Assess industry trends and develop plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and licensing regulations across hospitals and pharmacies.
