Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI seeks a visionary Chief Pharmacy Officer to build and execute a five‑year system pharmacy strategy. Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin, or eligible for Wisconsin licensure
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible pharmacy leadership, including 5+ at a senior or executive level with multi-site or system accountability
• A track record of measurable financial improvement in pharmacy
• Hands-on 340B oversight, including compliance and audit readiness
• Working knowledge of health-system pharmacy regulation and acute care operations

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for Aspirus Health's system-wide pharmacy program and advise executive leadership, medical staff, nursing, finance and IT
• Lead a team of system and regional pharmacy directors across Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota
• Oversee the move to self-operated specialty pharmacy and expansion of infusion services, including oncology
• Protect, optimize and expand the 340B program across the footprint with audit readiness
• Develop direct-to-consumer and employer-facing pharmacy programs with partners and strengthen payer strategy
• Shape and own Aspirus's five-year system pharmacy plan with sequenced ROI-driven roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across service lines, health plan, PBMs and retail partners to drive outcomes
