Job summary

Constellation Search Group is seeking a Head of Human Resources & Talent Growth to lead a scalable people function in a full-time role. You will partner with the CEO and top leadership to drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development across the firm as it grows geographically.

Responsibilities include building scalable HR systems, aligning HR with revenue goals, and translating business objectives into actionable workforce plans

Qualifications

• Senior HR or talent leadership experience with strategic partners at the C-suite level.
• Proven track record scaling HR and talent systems in growing organizations.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable people plans and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and executives on workforce strategy and growth.
• Strong experience in performance management, development programs, and leadership coaching.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and talent analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall people strategy to support growth and expansion.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with CEO and executives to align HR with revenue and expansion plans.
• Develop 1- to 3-year workforce roadmaps to meet hiring and leadership needs.
• Drive onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Build scalable HR systems and processes across geographies and practices.
• Lead leadership development and professional growth programs for the firm.
