Kensington International Executive Search is seeking a strategic HR leader to design and scale a world-class people function. This role will be hands-on in a lean environment while architecting a growth-focused HR strategy that strengthens culture, succession, and leadership development.

The leader will report to the CEO, manage a talent engine across multi-site, multi-state operations and partner with the executive team to drive enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience developing, implementing, harmonizing, and managing HR programs, policies, and processes across multi-site environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership role leading HR teams and initiatives.
• Experience in a fast-growing private equity backed company with dispersed field-based employees.
• Ability to travel ~50% and reside in Atlanta to support rapid growth.
