Job summary

Turck, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead the U.S. HR function from Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational strategy, drive workforce investments, and develop leadership capability across the U.S. and Mexico.

You will own talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and budget while guiding a high‑performing HR team and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years as head of HR or senior HR leader.
• Experience partnering with leaders across countries and regions.
• Strategic advisor to executive leaders.
• Proven ability to influence organizational strategy beyond HR.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, design, and development initiatives.
• Experience building leadership pipelines and managing HR teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to connect investments to outcomes.
• Experience managing functional budgets and HR programs.
• Broad expertise across core HR disciplines including total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, strategic partnership, and organizational effectiveness insights.
• Align workforce strategy, talent investments, and leadership development with business objectives.
• Lead HR operations, budget, and technology to support scalable processes.
• Coach and develop HR leadership and professionals across regions, including Mexico.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards with governance and compliance.
• Ensure employee relations, risk management, and regulatory compliance across U.S. operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR services, analytics, and workforce planning.
